All prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept cash, mobile banking, and credit/debit cards through our payment partners.
Reservations are recommended but not guaranteed. We will hold your table for 15 minutes past your reserved time. Parties of 6 or more may require a deposit.
Please cancel or modify your reservation at least 2 hours in advance. No-shows may be charged a nominal fee.
We offer delivery within Birgunj area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on traffic and weather conditions.
Free delivery is available on orders above NPR 500 within Birgunj city. Additional delivery charges may apply for areas outside the city center.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.
We expect all guests to conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate behavior.
Please inform our staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take care to accommodate, we cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless specifically authorized by management.
